We are committed to bringing professional mergers and acquisitions skills and integrity to the small and mid-sized market in Maine, and throughout the US in our media and intellectual property practice. All to often, large investment advisors will not represent sellers whose revenue is below $2 million, leaving them to work with less sophisticated brokers who are not familiar with media and other intellectual property intensive businesses . Similarly, many local Maine business brokers do not have sufficient backgrounds in M&A to realize the maximum value for their clients. The company was founded by Tom Tomczyk, who has spent his career helping businesses grow. He has participated in more than 25 acquisitions in the US, as well as the U.K., Canada, and Australia. He has also conducted numerous buy-side acquisition and strategic partner searches for corporations. Our fees are primarily earned on a contingent basis, and unlike our competitors, we require modest retainers. We are members of the Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors. |
