HOW ARE WE PAID?

 

All of our compensation is success fee based, and is paid by the buyer.  Unlike virtually all of our competitors, we do not charge retainers.  We limit our engagements to buyers who are serious and qualified.  We offer two fee options:

1.          Pay our commission at closing.

2.          The acquired business pays our firm a small portion of revenue for two years following closing.
