Our approach

We work with business buyers in two ways.

1. We conduct exclusive buy-side searches for buyers.  We have extensive experience in these assignments, which offer buyers the chance to exclusively deal with a potential seller.  Unlike most brokers, we accept these projects without retainer fees for serious individuals, corporations and private equity buyers.  All of our contingent fees are paid by the buyer.

2. We also have exclusive “business for sale” listings:  To evaluate our listings you will need to be qualified in terms of financial capacity, and sign a non-disclosure agreement to receive the Information Memorandum about the business.  All of our fees are paid by the seller.
