We have more than 60 years of business experience, and we take a hands-on approach to each project.

Thomas J. Tomczyk

Tom is the founder and President of the company.  Prior experience includes eleven years with Diversified Business Communications, a global media company based in Maine, where he served as VP of Business Development for several years.  He participated in over 20 acquisitions and 15 new product launches during his tenure.  He has also been a senior executive for a large homecare provider, Senior Consultant at Pan Atlantic Consultants where he recruited strategic partners for clients in a variety of industries, and a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development at General Mills where he supported acquisitions and strategy development.  

He earned his B.A. from DePauw University with distinction, and his M.B.A. in finance and int’l. business from Indiana University.

James E. Wallace

Jim is a serial entrepreneur, having started several businesses including a national workshop company which provided CEU training to over 2,500 massage therapists.  He has also launched businesses in the technology, publishing and e-media industries and is versed in all aspects of business.  Jim worked for a boutique business development consulting firm in Maine at the outset of his career.  He earned his B.A. from Oberlin College.

Mary DeLano, esq.

Mary serves as an advisor to the business.  She has practiced corporate law for over 25 years, with an emphasis on construction and employment law.  She is an experienced negotiator and mediator.  Mary is a graduate of Georgetown University law school.

Maggie

Maggie is our loyal Director of Security.  She is a natural at the job, having received no formal training.  Maggie often boasts that she can do the job with her eyes closed.
